Im April 2025 veröffentlichen Sir Elton John und die Folk-Rock-Sängerin und Gitarristin Brandi Carlile, Ikone der amerikanischen LGBTQ+-Bewegung, ihr Studio-Album "Who Believes in Angels".
"Elton und ich haben uns schon immer sehr gemocht. Aber ich hätte nie gedacht, dass er ein Album mit mir machen würde", sagt Brandi, die seit 20 Jahren mit Elton John befreundet ist. Im März 2025 präsentieren sie das Album und ihre Hits in einem Überraschungskonzert.
